Typical Chinese resume is divided into three sections, it is important to consider how to adapt each part to your professional profile and how you can best combine the relevant information for your job application.
here are some general phrases and expressions using in a Chinese resume to help you take your steps right.
1. basic information 基本資料 or personal information 個人資訊
some of the requested information may seem bit intrusive in personal privacy and less commonly found in english resume writing. however, it is expected from most of Chinese companies. These include:
full name 姓名
email address 電子信箱
gender 性別
date of birth 出生年月日
postal address 通訊地址
Residential address 戶籍地址
ID number 身分證字號
Driving licence 駕照號碼
Hight 身高
Weight 體重
health condition 健康狀況
marital status 婚姻狀況
2. education 教育程度 or 教育背景 學歷
the academic career of an applicant is a big deal in Taiwan and therefore has pride of place on the Chinese resume, just after the personal details
some standard details in this section are :
date/length of the program 就學期間
name of degree學歷
name of college 學校名稱
major course 主修
The education section on the resume is commonly written in reverse chronological order so the academic development can be easily showed.
3. work experience 工作經驗
this section is expected to be the largest in the entire resume , candidates are encourage to talk more extensively about their profession history and each individual position in this section.

employment dates 任職期間
company name 公司名稱
job Location 工作地點
job title職務名稱
responsibilities工作描述
accomplishments 工作成就
These last two are where most of the information go. candidates should explain their tasks and any leadership roles they have carried out as well as projects completed and achievements . the information can be brief but comprehensive and give the reader an idea of their skills and determination in order to persuade the hiring manager that they are the appropriate candidate for the vacancy.
